Shipping and Refund

International Shipping
We ship most of our packages via ThaiPost. However, due to the shipping rates, for some countries, we will ship via FastShip. Rates are calculated based on weight.
To keep shipping affordable, we ship via ePacket or registered mail, which comes with tracking (but does not require a signature upon delivery). Please note that this method's insurance only covers up to 40USD, and we may be unable to refund or replace the lost or damaged items.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us, but reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
Processing Time: Unless specified otherwise, all items will be sent to the post office within 3-7 days.
Delivery Time:
- Asia: 7-14 days
- Europe: up to 14-60 days
- North America: up to 14-30 days

Tax and Additional Charges: With the exception of U.S. orders, please note that any additional duties and customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
For U.S. orders, import duties are already included.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have a 14-day period to request a return after the item has been marked shipped.
Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in their original packaging. All paper items must be packed and returned with the same protective backing it was originally shipped. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible or within 7 days of receiving the item. You can contact us at twoinrowprint@gmail.com
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may be unable to cancel your order.
Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. And we'll let you know if the refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. However, some refunds may take some time, and if more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at twoinrowprint@gmail.com
Lost and Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping company. However, compensation may not cover 100% of the item's value.
